For some reason, it can and sometimes will lose track of things. The problem with NMM and Oblivion is that it doesn't track files 100% accurately and consistently. It might well work, but you can't ever be sure that it's working. Be aware though that Wrye Bash has more features and is a bit more complicated to use.ĭo NOT use NMM. It doesn't rely on a unique archive format, so you can drop whatever archive you downloaded into its mods folder and it'll find it and read it. You might well be better off using Wrye Bash. Again, I can't tell from your post if that's pertinent or not.

That's an easy thing to do, but I can't tell from your post whether you did it or not.ĪND you have to actually install the mod from OBMM - double click on the entry in the right pane so OBMM will do the installation - it's not enough to just "add it to" OBMM. If not though - if it's any other sort of archive or just loose files - then you have to convert it to an OMOD to get it to show up in OBMM. If you download a mod that comes as an OMOD, then you can add it directly to OBMM's Mods folder and it'll show up. OBMM uses a particular archive called an OMOD. I think its hudmainmenuconfig.xml, but it will say in your main menu what you have to do. What do you mean when you say you "added" Darnified UI to your OBMM?
